FAQ:

How do you work? What do you do?

After receiving your event information we will approach service providers on your behalf. Normally this will cover many different areas. Hotel Accommodation, conference venues, audio/visual and room set up, restaurants, transport companies, outside entertainers or incentive trips, teambuilding experts and exhibition companies to name but a few.

Upon receiving quotes that are viable, within budget and cover all aspects of your requirements we will forward these quotes to you.

To cover all aspects of your event may involve several dozen emails, sourcing providers, telephone calls (bilingual staff ensuring no breakdown in communications) and obtaining grants of approvals from local bodies.

We organise everything, saving you time and effort.

Do you charge a proposal fee?
No we do not charge you a proposal fee. We are not tied to any chain of companies or service providers and so we are able to propose the venue or service that is right for you without any bias. Each event is treated individually ensuring that the right choices are made regards location, budget and requirements.

So you can work within a budget?
We constantly monitor expenditure commitments and use our supplier and venue relationships to keep your costs low whilst ensuring the highest quality. Most of our clients have found that using our services is more costeffective than running their events inhouse.

Are any of your venues or services provided from inhouse or owned by yourselves?
No. We don't own any venues or indeed give preference to any. Many facets of our services have of course built up long term partnerships over the years with service providers we believe are the best in the business. As one of the more successful event planning companies here in Malta dealing with enquiries we do have negotiation weight and choices.

What size of group/company do you usually work on behalf of?
We work with groups and companies of all sizes. We have organised events for as small as 5 pax, although the costs of teambuilding etc can be exorbitant with such a small party, to blue chip companies with attendees of over 1000. From the small family business to the largest corporate event we endeavour to treat your event with the exact same respect as though it was our own.

Testimonials

How long must I wait for quotes or proposals?
We normally can get initial event requirements back to you within a couple of days. This would normally be the event venue or teambuilding quotes etc. The finer details we can work on as and when required.

How long can you reserve space for?
We endeavour to hold spaces on a first option wherever possible and this can normally give you a week or two depending upon the date for you to make decisions regards site visits etc. Of course it is sensible to choose and reserve your venues as soon as possible as the more popular locations can be fully reserved 6 or 12 months in advance.

Are you an Maltese company?
Yes. Although originally working as Head of Hospitality within the Malta Tourist Authority the Directors believed it was a good business decision to move on and serve the industry better due to the understanding of the country and the industry, and provide thorough event management services with genuine local knowledge after the experience gained with organising and hosting small, large and very large scale events in Malta.
